Tardiness - If client is 10-15 minutes late to the appointment the stylist will reduce the amount of services initially booked to ensure time management. The stylist will charge the client based upon services initially booked.
If client is more than 15 minutes late to the appointment the stylist will most likely cancelled the app. The client is responsible for 50% of the service charge.
Cancellation - If client cancels within 2 hours of the appointment the client is responsible for 50% of the service charge.
